You will leave this 2 part workshop with both a fresh potted mini orchid and your very own unique art piece! Our designers will guide you through potting a lovely blooming mini orchid. Let your orchid inspire you to create a special felted floral art piece as you explore the art of working with wool on a two-dimensional surface. Local artist Nastassja Swift will teach you how to build different textures, mix colors with layers, and utilize different needles to achieve a detailed image. You’ll go home with a felted “drawing” ready to hang! These pieces will be a lovely addition to your home, or make a special Mother’s Day gift!
